Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.JOB DESCRIPTION- Demonstrates customer interface/relationship skills and performs well in the Senior Business Analyst role with teams. - Has the ability to provide direction to peer/junior resources. - Defines high-level application, relationships, flows, implementation of business (processes, activities, functions, information), applications, and creates business and system use cases or functional specifications.- Analyses complex and new situations, anticipates potential problems and future trends, assesses opportunities, impacts and risks while developing and implementing plans and solutions to customer problems. - Independently creates business requirement documents (BRD) that sets out project requirement including costs, objectives, milestones, and timelines. - Focuses skills and experience on projects and oversees acceptance testing, contributes to development of user guides, provides user training. Supports the user in development of work processes. - Collaborates with scrum master to track progress of sprints (Sprint log, % difference between user stories planned and deployed). - Participates in resolving any functional issue in post-production environment during the cutover period Works under limited supervision of Sr. / Lead business analysts.- Should have prior experience of working with clients of Retail, CPG, and Logistics industry - Should be aware of basic information security awareness protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP Top 10 concepts Education Requirements: - Bachelors - B.E./ B.Tech / BCA; Masters - M.Tech / MCA degree; MBA Preferred - Tier 1/2 business schoolBelcan is an equal opportunity employer.
