Job Summary and Qualifications

The AVP, HR, Digital Transformation & Innovation serves as a strategic HR leader partnering with DT&I and business leaders to shape and execute workforce strategies that advance the organization’s digital and AI transformation. This role delivers high-impact HR partnership in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce readiness to accelerate transformation success. In close collaboration with DT&I, HR Centers of Excellence, and business leadership, the AVP turns transformation priorities into actionable people strategies and enables adoption of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serves as the strategic HR partner to DT&I leadership, aligning workforce and talent strategies with digital transformation, data, and AI priorities
  • Partners with leaders to define talent needs, role evolution, and workforce plans, including identification of critical skill gaps and practical talent supply solutions
  • Leads development of career pathways and succession planning for key digital, data, and AI roles to strengthen internal mobility and long-term capability building
  • Advises leaders on organizational effectiveness, team structures, governance, and decision-making to support agile, cross-functional ways of working
  • Oversees performance management and talent review processes to strengthen workforce capability, build leadership pipelines, and accelerate readiness for critical roles.
  • Partners with HR Centers of Excellence and DT&I to build digital, data, and AI capabilities through targeted upskilling and reskilling initiatives
  • Supports initiatives that build AI awareness, responsible AI use, and adoption of new tools across leaders and teams
  • Coaches leaders to foster continuous learning, engagement, and readiness for change in evolving transformation environments
  • Partners with DT&I and change teams to drive adoption of transformation initiatives, identify workforce-related risks, and support mitigation efforts
  • Contributes to enterprise-wide capability building efforts that advance business priorities and successful transformation outcomes

  • Strong consulting, coaching, and change leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive adoption, and support leaders through change

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
  • 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience supporting transformation or large-scale initiatives preferred
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Digital/AI experience preferred
