Customer Service Representative (Remote)
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, patient, and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Working Conditions: Fully remote position with flexible or shift-based scheduling May require evening, weekend, or holiday availability depending on business needs Regular virtual meetings and team collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and determining appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Meet performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies
