Are you a certified appraiser looking for more than 17+ orders per month? Class Valuation, one of the largest nationwide Appraisal Management Companies (AMC), has an exclusive opportunity for you to become a W2 team member (employee)!

Comprehensive benefits are available to our full-time staff appraisers, defined as those completing an average of 17 or more orders per month. Eligibility for health, dental, vision, pet, and life insurance for you and your dependents.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of residential real estate appraisal experience. Ability to make independent decisions with minimal guidance. Strong knowledge of local market factors and properties. Consistently meet performance indicators and maintain open communication with management support teams.
