Electrician Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Perform general electrical maintenance.
Requirements
In order to qualify for our program an applicant must:
-Be 18 years of age or older
-Be a high school graduate or have a GED.You must provide your official High School
transcripts in asealed envelope or have your school email us directly when you submit the
application.
-Have successfully completed one year of high school, college or post-secondaryalgebrawith a
passing grade or better, or successfully completed the NJATC Online Tech Math Course.
-Have a valid driver's license
-Be in good physical and mental health
-Must obtain a minimum score on the NM JATC aptitude test measuring basic reading and
math skills*
-Complete the online application**
-Pay the $25.00 application fee.If you email the PDF you will need to call in payment.If it is mailed you need to include a money order. And if you hand deliver we will run the credit card in office.
