Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.Job Description:What You'll Do: * As a Program Manager III, you will be responsible for leading complex programs and initiatives from conception through implementation, driving cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliverables. * Leveraging your experience and leadership skills, you will manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. * Functions: * Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of large-scale programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, objectives, and priorities. * Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve them. * Establish and maintain effective governance structures, communication channels, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment throughout the program lifecycle. * Manage cross-functional project teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to execute project activities, resolve issues, and mitigate risks. * Monitor program performance metrics, track progress against milestones, and report on program status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders. * Lead change management initiatives, facilitate decision-making processes, and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency. * Mentor and coach junior program managers and project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional development. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field. * 6-9 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and leadership. * Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and drive resolution. * Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements and priorities. Preferred Skills: * Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. * Experience managing programs or projects in a technology, engineering, or product development environment. * Knowledge of program/portfolio management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
