Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field. * 6-9 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, with demonstrated progression in responsibility and leadership. * Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects from initiation to closure, delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and drive resolution. * Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements and priorities. Preferred Skills: * Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. * Experience managing programs or projects in a technology, engineering, or product development environment. * Knowledge of program/portfolio management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
