Outside Sales Representative – 80–100K Earning Potential Year 1!

Grow! Thrive! Succeed! Advocate Construction is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives. This is a high-earning onsite role offering guaranteed weekly pay, uncapped commission, proven sales training, and opportunities for career growth. First-year earnings potential: $80,000–$100,000.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet homeowners, perform inspections, and provide solutions while building relationships. Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background and MVR checks.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours (10 am–8 pm weekdays, Saturdays required).
  • Ability to travel for annual sales training.
