Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Perform medical writing to support scientific publications, medical training programs, and conduct internal publication clearance for the US medical affairs department* Support the VP of US Med Affair on local medical governance-related activities such as compliance tracking, local standard operating procedure updates and roll out to meet compliance requirements* Support the coordination of medical inquires, medical or product research, and fellowship programsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelors in a biomedical science discipline (e.g. pharmacology, biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, medical sciences), preferably with one - two years of work experience in a biomedical setting* 1-3 years of experience in writing medical scientific publications, medical training programs, promotional material review.* Medical Writing & Scientific Communication (Highest Priority)* Medical Affairs Operations* Compliance & Governance* Contract & Vendor Management* Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge* Project Coordination & Administrative Excellence* Technology & AI Tools* Demonstrated proficiency in using and agility in learning business applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS TEAMS, MS AI Copilot, PerplexityBelcan is an equal opportunity employer.
