The Construction & Manufacturing Team supports all of Haskell’s delivery groups across the company and on projects throughout Mexico. The Construction & Manufacturing Team is responsible for providing field management personnel, from craft workers to Project Superintendents. The Construction & Manufacturing Team also provides logistical support to team members, including, but not limited to, establishing per diem allowances, company trucks for superintendents, and coordinating the arrival of team members as needed on the project. The Construction & Manufacturing Team offers ongoing training to our team members to support their development, from entry-level craft workers through in-person and online courses to apprenticeship programs in local jurisdictions. Joining our Construction & Manufacturing Team will allow you to build the facilities people depend on, collaborating with your team to overcome obstacles and solve problems on the job site using your skills. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the Field Kick-Off process, ensuring that all operational, administrative, and safety requirements are completed before project startup. This role is key to ensuring an organized transition from planning to field execution.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and facilitate Field Kick-Off meetings with project teams.
  • Ensure that all pre-start deliverables are complete:
  • Contract documentation
  • Safety plans
  • Permits and licenses
  • Baseline schedule
  • Validate that field teams have:
  • Required resources
  • Updated technical information
  • Access to systems and job site
  • Follow up on critical pending items before project startup.
  • Align involved departments (engineering, safety, procurement, operations).
  • Document agreements, risks, and action items resulting from the FKOP process.
  • Support the standardization and continuous improvement of the startup process.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
Education / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in construction, project management, or operational coordination.

Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, and Certifications:

Basic knowledge of construction processes and project management.

Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.

Intermediate to advanced English level (preferred in a global environment).

Experience using tools such as MS Project, Excel, and collaborative platforms.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position requires basic mobility skills sufficient to travel to other locations, as well as the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium-weight objects (10–50 pounds). Good hand-eye coordination and arm, hand, and finger dexterity are required, including the ability to grasp, as well as visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read application/form information. The employee is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
