Engineering Project Managers lead cross‑functional engineering activities to ensure programs meet technical, schedule, cost, and quality targets. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership and Execution Lead engineering project teams in the execution of complex, time‑sensitive tasks. Reporting and Communication Prepare and deliver project status updates, technical reports, and performance metrics for senior leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor"s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math and minimum 8+ years of related experience or an Advanced degree and minimum 8+ years. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively under aggressive project timelines. Background in mechanical, aerospace, or systems engineering. Knowledge of gas turbine engines is considered an asset. Manufacturing, or repair Project Engineering experience. Ability to create schedules and drive task execution In this role, you will be working with Technical Leads, Repair Design and Structures Engineering, Program Managers, Chiefs, Validation Engineering/ODA and ASE customers - like component repair & MRO Shops as well as Airlines to ensure timely execution on assigned repair development projects. Preferred Qualifications Experience with engineering budgets, earned value management, and schedule tracking. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
