Start Date: Immediately Keyword's: #Camarillojobs; #EngineerSoftware2 *Must have an active a DoD Secret Clearance* JOB DESCRIPTION Our customer is looking for an Engineer Software 2 to support their EA-18G Programs. As a member of the EA-18G software team you"ll get to develop software to support their Growler Block 1 and Growler Block 2 programs. This position will serve on-site at Naval Air Warfare Center, Point Mugu and their Camarillo, CA office. Responsibilities: *Develop embedded real-time system software. *Work in an Agile environment as part of a scrum team. *Resolve software and system defects. *Collaborate with their customers, internal client sites and disciplines. *Participate and contribute to peer reviews, critical milestone reviews, and technical inter-change meetings. Use project dependent tools including: *Rational Clear Case, ClearQuest, DOORS. *Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence. *Ada, C/C++, C#, Python. *Green Hills Integrity RTOS, Windows, and Linux. Basic Qualifications for Engineer Software 2: *BS degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with 2 years of experience, or MS degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with 1 years of experience. *Experience with a higher order language such as Ada, C/C++, C#. *Knowledge of object-oriented software development. *Ability to function as a member of an integrated team. *Experience with version control systems (e.g. git, Bitbucket, ClearCase, etc.) *US Citizenship required. *DoD Secret Clearance or higher, interim Secret is acceptable. Preferred Qualifications for Engineer Software 2: *Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. *Strong collaborative mindset. *Experience working full software life cycle experience on large scale formal DoD program. *Experience programming with Ada language. *Experience programming with C++ language. *Experience with real-time embedded software development. *Experience working in an Agile environment. *Electronic Warfare system development and design experience.
