Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: Full-Time

  • Monday - Friday 8 am - 10 am, 2 pm - 4 pm 

Program: Residential Habilitative Program

About the Role:

Looking for meaningful overnight work with great pay and benefits? As an Overnight Direct Support Professional, you'll provide essential care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential home setting. No experience required—we provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success!

What You'll Do:

Overnight Care & Support:

  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents throughout the night
  • Provide assistance with personal care needs as required
  • Monitor and respond to any medical or behavioral needs
  • Implement approved behavior support plans when needed

Independence & Skill Building:

  • Support individuals in working toward their personal independence goals
  • Provide coaching and guidance following individualized care plans
  • Serve as a positive role model and trusted presence
  • Assist with morning routines and preparation for the day ahead

Household & Daily Living:

  • Help with meal preparation for early morning or evening meals
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment
  • Complete light housekeeping duties as needed
  • Ensure the home is well-organized and comfortable

Documentation & Communication:

  • Complete required overnight logs, reports, and data collection
  • Communicate important information to day shift staff
  • Document any incidents or changes in resident needs
  • Maintain accurate medication administration records

What We're Looking For:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years with no more than 3 points on driving record
  • PA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI fingerprinting)
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working overnight hours
