Laborers support field operations by performing various physical tasks essential to project progress.

Perform general
labor tasks on construction sites including site cleanup, handling,
unloading, and stockpiling materials.
Assist
equipment operators through signaling, alignment guidance, or material
management as directed.
Engage in
physical tasks such as placing, pushing, pulling, and shoveling materials.
Use hand and
power tools safely and effectively while supporting various field
activities.
Work outdoors
in all weather conditions and maintain a safe environment at all times.
Follow
directions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete
assigned tasks.

Knowledge of
OSHA standards and a strong commitment to safety.
Valid driver’s
license required.
Physical
ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking,
kneeling, crouching, and climbing.
Ability to work
with tools and equipment (power and non-power).
Strong
communication skills and willingness to learn. Ability
to work extended hours and adapt to changing jobsite conditions
