Apprentice Roofer
No experience necessary! We offer a certified apprentice program with paid on the job training and your first pay raise after 500hrs. Our apprenticeship has been approved for use with your GI Bill if you are a eligible veteran (must provide a DD214). EARN AS YOU LEARN NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED PAID PENSION PAID HEALTH INSURANCE
The program consists of 6,000 hours OTJ training and 450 classroom hours. We offer a competitive wage rate and progression scale with a pay increase of you progress in your learning you will receive a pay raise evert 1,000 hours of OTJ training.
Progression scale:
- 0–999 Hours 60% of Journeyman Rate
- 1000-1999 Hours 65% of Journeyman Rate
- 2000-2999 Hours 70% of Journeyman Rate
- 3000-3999 Hours 75% of Journeyman Rate
- 4000-4999 Hours 80% of JourneymanRate
- 5000-5999 Hours 90% of Journeyman Rate
