Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour including benefits

Apprentice Electrician
An apprentice electrician assists in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems under the guidance of a Journeyman Electrician.
As an electrician, your primary responsibility is to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This involves interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to determine wiring layouts and circuit configurations. You'll use a variety of hand and power tools to measure, cut, and install wiring, switches, outlets, and other electrical components.
Additionally, electricians troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnosing problems and implementing solutions to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. This may involve testing circuits, replacing faulty components, and upgrading systems to meet current electrical codes and regulations.
Electricians also play a crucial role in ensuring workplace safety by adhering to established safety standards and procedures, such as using personal protective equipment and properly grounding electrical systems. Collaboration with other construction professionals, such as architects and engineers, may be necessary to coordinate electrical installations within larger construction projects.
