Why we want to hire veterans
Veterens are qualified individuals. In my experience they understand professionalism and willingness to work hard for a meaningful career. Ironwork is a trade that requires our men and women take their job serious. I am impressed by the attention to detail and the ability of veterans to work as a team in completing large tasks and jobs.
What we currently do for veterans at our company
We offer a 4 year apprenticeship. You will attend school 5 weeks per year. During the 4 year period you will be enrolled in Cuyahoga Community College and technically a student in college. This offers the unique oppertunity for veterans to take advantage of the GI bill and use this benefit for the indiviuals gain. Also after completing our 4 years apprenticeship our classes will be counted as college course credits. With these credits veterens can use the GI bill to further thier learnng should they choose to do so.
